Upon first contact THS will reserve a hotel room for an immediate interim stay; this is usually the first need that a family has after experiencing a disaster at their home. THS will facilitate for the entire family to be housed at a hotel nearby and can also make accommodations for pets and for most specials needs, all within policy limits. Families will not have to worry about where they will be spending the night.
